At Cloudsmith Art Studio, all products are made-to-order using a print-on-demand fulfillment process. Because of this, we do not offer traditional returns or exchanges.


🚫 Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Incorrect size, color, or variant selected

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

  • Orders placed by mistake

Please review all product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

You are eligible for a free replacement or refund if:

  • The item is damaged upon arrival

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • You received the wrong product


📸 How to Submit a Claim

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 24 HOURS of receiving your order.

Include the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photo(s) showing the problem

Refunds & Replacements

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement will be sent within 3–7 business days, or

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your payment provider.


🚚 Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist where possible.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within ONE HOUR of purchase. After this time, production begins and the order cannot be canceled.
